About Me

I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and over the years I became more aware of the importance of maintaining good mental health and of the inseparable and indisputable connection between mind and body. We know what we should do for optimum health – good diet, exercise, sleep well, less stress.. often easier said than done!

But holism – treating the whole person (physical, mental, physiological, social) has always resonated when dealing with my own health so after working in offices for many years, a redundancy allowed me to re-think and re-train.

I graduated as a holistic massage therapist in 2014 and qualified as a reflexologist in 2021. Having spent five years at Bristol Massage Therapy, a centre of excellence for massage, when it closed in 2022 I decided to continue in the same location in Clifton with my own business; the name may have changed but I continue to provide the highest standard of treatment and service. As a complementary therapist, I’ve discovered how these natural yet powerful treatments promote health and wellbeing with techniques that really work; they can relax, nurture, pamper, invigorate, repair, restore, revive, revitalise and rebalance– while having positive and beneficial effects on all body systems.

The decision to forge a different career path has changed my life and if I ever need reminding why I do what I do, it’s seeing the difference in how clients feel after a treatment and receiving such positive feedback.
